Jingu Guanyin
The world-famous "Jinyu Guanyin" is enshrined in the resplendent "Free Guanyin Pavilion". This statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva is inlaid with Sakyamuni relics, and the full-length statue is 18 meters high. It consists of four parts: Guanyin Golden Body, Buddha Light, Chiba Baolian, and Rosewood Carved Sumitomo. It consumed more than 1 kilograms of gold, 12 South African diamonds from Quevara, thousands of rubies and sapphires, emeralds, corals, turquoise, pearls and more than 1 kilograms of jadeite. It adopts the traditional "Palace Gold Boutique" in China, with a total value of 192 million yuan. The statue of Jinyuguanyin is a rare treasure in the history of contemporary arts and crafts and Buddhist sculpture, with a national style and the spirit of the times. On November 27th, 1998, Jinyuguanyin in Sanya Nanshan Scenic Area was recognized as the largest jade Buddha statue in the world, and was recorded in the Guinness Book of Records in 1999. Like Guanyin, the backlight is lotus petal-shaped, and the treasure flower pattern in the center of the backlight consists of 164 slender gold threads, and 11 natural pearls form the outline of the petals. There are three pairs of flying fairies with vivid shapes on the background light. One of them is a Buddha-worshipping fairy, the second is a dancing fairy, and the third is a scattered flower fairy. The three pairs of fairies are all dressed in celestial clothes and hung with ribbons, showing the peaceful atmosphere of the western paradise. Chiba Baolian is carved from 52 pieces of white jade. The waist-girding sumeru carved from rosewood is deep in color, dignified and simple, and full of oriental charm. The whole work of Jin Yuguanyin is a clever transition of Jin Yu, which brings out the best in each other and is integrated.

The main building is located on the central axis, with 12 quadrangles with different functions on both sides. After the completion of the second phase of the project, the entire Nanshan Temple is 188 meters wide from east to west and 416 meters long from north to south, with a total height difference of 49 meters and a total construction area of 4, square meters.
