By 20 14, 29 counties (cities, districts) in six cities of Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Shaoxing, Jiaxing, Jinhua and Taizhou in Zhejiang Province will help Aba Prefecture; Since 20 17, 27 counties (cities, districts) in Wenzhou, Shaoxing, Jiaxing, Jinhua and Taizhou in Zhejiang Province have provided counterpart support to Aba Prefecture 13 counties (cities).

In March, 20021year, Zhejiang and Sichuan provinces adjusted the twinning relationship to Wenzhou, Huzhou and Jiaxing 13 counties (cities) to support our state 13 counties (cities).

Among them: Jiaxing City helps ruoergai county, Maoxian, Songpan, Jiuzhaigou and Heishui counties; Wenzhou City helps Malcolm City, Aba County, Hongyuan County, Rangtang County and Lixian County; Huzhou City helps Jinchuan County, Xiaojin County and Wenchuan County.
