Ling Chuan Highway Planning Scenic Area starts near Xianghuading at the junction of Hongya County and Emei Mountain, connects with Hongya Section (K47+580) in expressway, intersects with the highway from 0 km to Wuhe Village at K 1+500, and ends near Shiwan, Group 3, Longdong Village, Hubei Highway (about 3km from the head of the small village and about 2.65438 from the gate of the scenic area). The project is designed according to the third-class highway standard, with a roadbed width of 8 meters and asphalt concrete pavement.
