Guangde County belongs to Xuancheng City, Anhui Province.

Guangde is located in the west of the Yangtze River Delta, southeast of Anhui Province, at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui. It borders Changxing County and Anji County in Zhejiang Province in the east and southeast, Ningguo City in the south, Xuanzhou District and Langxi County in the west, and liyang city and Yixing City in Jiangsu Province in the north.

It is higher in the south and north and lower in the middle. The low hills are widely distributed and the valley plains are narrow. Tonghe and Wuliangxi flow northward to form Langchuan River. It has a humid climate in the north subtropical zone, with an annual average temperature of 15.4℃, an annual average precipitation of 1328 mm and a frost-free period of nearly 300 days. Mineral resources are Yan Gang, limestone, fluorite and yellow sand. Known as "the hometown of bamboo" and "the hometown of chestnut".

Guangde City is rich in precipitation, and there are abundant groundwater resources in the banks of Wuliangxi River and Tonghe River and hilly areas, and the buried depth is generally 1.0-2.5 meters. The groundwater in the southern and northern mountainous areas is deeply buried and the shallow reserves are few. Taiji Cave is located in Xinhang Town, with abundant groundwater resources. Xiangudian area, where Sixia Village and Zhaocun Village are connected, has water flowing out of the mountains all the year round.
