How to arrange company travel

1. Round trip transportation arrangements

2. Destination, accommodation, meals, arrangements.

3 Time arrangement of itinerary and activity routes.

If there is a group activity with more than 30 people, if there is one main person in charge, the group will be divided into 3 groups and 3 people in charge will be selected.

Arrange as many group activities as possible if the number of people is large. Arrange less free activities.

This is my personal suggestion. It depends on the age, health, and other conditions of the personnel in your unit.
