Dianshan Lake tourist attractions
The tourist attractions in Dianshan Lake include Daguan Garden, Meiyuan Garden, zhouzhuang town, Jinxi Ancient Town and Baoguo Temple in jinze town.
1. Grand View Garden
The Grand View Garden tourist area covers an area of more than 1,3 mu, bordering Dianshan Lake in the east and Diandang Lake in the west. Dianshan Lake, located at the junction of Qingpu District of Shanghai and Kunshan City of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a total area of 62-63 square kilometers, is the largest freshwater lake in Shanghai. Dianshan Lake is the source of Huangpu River, the mother river of Shanghai. The upstream of Dianshan Lake receives the water from Wujiang area of Taihu Lake, and flows into the lake through 24 river ports such as Jishui Port, Dazhushe and Baishi Alum. It flows into the Huangpu River through the east-west river and inclined pond in the blocking port.
Dianshan Lake is a weak tidal lake, which not only has the function of regulating runoff, but also has many functions such as irrigation, aquaculture, shipping, aquatic products, water supply and tourism.
