It can effectively guide the establishment of standardized pilot projects, so that the service quality and environmental quality of the pilot scenic spots can be obviously improved and improved, and good economic and social benefits can be achieved, which will play a positive role in comprehensively improving the industry quality of China tourist attractions and launching a number of tourist attractions with international standards.

Legal basis: Article 76 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China.

People's governments at or above the county level are responsible for tourism safety. The relevant departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall perform their duties of tourism safety supervision in accordance with laws and regulations.

Article 77

The state establishes a safety risk early warning system for tourist destinations. The classification and implementation procedures of safety risk early warning of tourist destinations shall be formulated by the tourism authorities in the State Council jointly with relevant departments.

The housing quality grade is divided into several grades.

1, intact house: the structure is intact, the decoration is intact, the equipment is intact, all parts of the house are intact, and it can be used normally without maintenance or general minor repairs;

2. The house is basically intact: the structure is basically intact, and a few components are slightly damaged; The decoration is basically in good condition, a small part is damaged, the paint lacks maintenance, and a small part of the decoration materials are aging and damaged; The equipment is basically intact, and some equipment is slightly damaged. The damaged part of the house does not affect the normal use of the house, and it can be repaired by general maintenance;

3. General damage to houses: general structural damage, damage or deformation of some components, leakage of some roofs, deformation of some structures and cracks; Local decoration is damaged, paint is aging, plastering and decorative bricks fall off in a small area, and doors and windows are damaged; Some equipment is damaged, aged and incomplete, so it can't be used normally, the pipeline is not smooth enough, and water and electricity can't be used normally. The house needs medium repair or partial overhaul, and some parts need to be replaced before it can be used normally;

4. Seriously damaged houses: the structure is seriously damaged, the structure is obviously deformed or damaged, the roof is seriously leaking, and the components are seriously damaged; The decoration is seriously deformed and damaged, the decoration materials are seriously aging and falling off, and the doors and windows are seriously loose, deformed or corroded; The equipment is outdated and incomplete, the pipeline is seriously blocked, and the water, sanitation, electricity and other equipment are incomplete or seriously damaged. The house needs comprehensive overhaul, renovation or reconstruction before it can be used normally;

5. Dangerous house: refers to a house whose structure has been seriously damaged and its load-bearing components are in danger, which may lose its stability and bearing capacity at any time and cannot guarantee the safety of living and using.
