Liuzhou Bailiandong scenic spot

Bailiandong is located in Lianhua Mountain, the southern suburb of Liuzhou. It is a Paleolithic cultural site built on the basis of Bailiandong Stone Age cultural site. It is the first comprehensive museum for cave science research proposed by Professor Pei Wenzhong, a famous anthropologist, and displays a large number of fossils of ancient humans and mammals. These fossils (relics) show that about 50 thousand years ago, Bailiandong people had the habit of sewing clothes, using fire and cooking food, and formed Bailiandong culture. There are fossils of snail shells in it, which shows that Liujiang people in the Stone Age have begun to catch snails in the river to eat. It really comes down in one continuous line with the already famous Liuzhou snack-snail powder. It is said that snails are high in protein and cool in nature. Eating with hot and sour soup powder is not only extremely exciting, but also won't get angry.

Bailiandong culture and the nearby "Liujiang people" site occupy a very important position in anthropology. Bailiandong site has become a scientific research place, popular science classroom and tourist attraction concerned by anthropologists at home and abroad. As long as you travel to Liuzhou, Bailian Cave is an essential tourist attraction.
