What clothes and necessities should I bring when traveling to Tibet?

1. Basic dress: a velvet lined jacket (can be used in summer or winter); A few long-sleeved shirts are easy to change, and you can bring short-sleeved T-shirts in summer (but it is not recommended to wear them directly); 3-5 pairs of underwear, one pair of socks per day according to the travel days, 1 pair of sneakers or out shoes; If you enter Tibet in winter, you must bring down jackets, such as Namco and Mount Everest. To go to Tibet, you must have 1 pair of sunglasses and 1 cap (also for sun protection).
