Travels of Zhongyan Temple in Qingshen County
Zhongyan Scenic Area is also known as "the best place for Xichuan Linquan". It is a Buddhist holy land, a provincial-level scenic spot and key cultural relics protection unit in Sichuan Province, and a key tourist attraction on the Chengdu-Zhongyan-Leshan-Emei Mountain land and water tourism loop.
Zhongyan also left a much-told story, because Su Dongpo studied and wrote inscriptions here in the Song Dynasty (Su Dongpo's hometown is in Meishan City, only a few tens of kilometers away, and his home is near Zhongyan).
Zhongyan Scenic Area is divided into upper, middle and lower three rocks (temples), which meander for more than ten miles with a height difference of less than 100 meters. There are many scenic spots, including Linjiang Si Xia, Calling Fish Pond, Niutou Cave, Thousand Buddha Corridor, Immortal Bed, Yuquan Rock, Hufushi, Dongpo Reading Building and Gujian Road.
Zhongyan Scenic Area is a good place to visit because of its dark peaks, steep avoidance of backflow, hazy bamboo forests, secluded winding paths, mild seasons and fragrant flowers.
In addition, after visiting Zhongyan Scenic Area, you can take a boat trip to the Pingqiang Three Gorges on the Minjiang River and then go straight to Leshan, but you have to make an appointment to have a cruise.
Many temples and Buddha statues in Zhongyan were built in the Tang Dynasty. However, most of the Buddha statues in the scenic area have been destroyed, especially many Buddha statues without heads, which is also a major landscape of Zhongyan.
Walk through the Thousand-Buddha Corridor, cross the Shuanglong Bridge, and climb the 100 stone steps to reach the central hall of Zhongyan Temple.
Zhongsi Temple is located in Cimu Peak, the main peak of Zhongyan Mountain. It was a Buddhist temple in Jingdezhen in ancient times.
On the five steps of this main peak, there are Shanmen Temple, Tianwang Temple, Tibetan Scripture Building, Pharmacist Buddha Hall and more than a dozen halls, halls, halls and pavilions, which are magnificent and the scale is the highest among the upper, middle and lower temples in Zhongyan. Incense flourished throughout the ages and was quite famous in southwest Sichuan, but it was later destroyed. At present, the Stone Square of Jingdezhen Temple and the Thousand Hands Guanyin Temple were built in 1985, and Zhao Puchu wrote the word "Jingdezhen Temple" in calligraphy.
Turning the nave, beside the highway from Zhongyan to Shang Yan, huge stones are uneven, with many inscriptions from Song and Ming Dynasties. There is a small stone bridge lying across the ravine under the stone, named "Tiger Bridge", and the bridge head is the place where immortals lurk tigers, named "Fuhutai".
"Sichuan Tongzhi" and "Sichuan Scenic Spots" all contain: "Tang, the endless Zen master crouched under stalagmites, so-called lying on the tiger platform."
In the left corner of the boulder, there is a crouching and tame little Shi Hu, and even more, Julia (son of Yu Zijun, minister of war department of Taibao Prince in Ming Dynasty, native of Qingshen County) inscribed "Khufu" and "Endless Hall", with complete and clear handwriting. "Zhengde Xinwei" is 15 1 1 year.
