Refund is a process in which a passenger cannot take the departure flight listed on the ticket and applies to cancel the seat and refund the ticket price, or the airline cancels or changes the flight due to flight, aircraft, etc. and refunds the passenger ticket price. , it has two reasons: passengers and airlines; there are two situations: individual passenger tickets and group tickets.
Passenger reasons refer to passengers who are unable to take the original flight and apply for a refund due to their own reasons, such as unfinished work, sudden changes in original plans, health and other factors, etc., they should follow the airline's passenger regulations. Pay the appropriate refund fee. Of course, you can also apply to postpone your ticket to other flights of the same airline (except if the airline stipulates that such tickets cannot be changed). In this case, there is no refund fee. If a passenger is unable to fly due to illness, he or she must present a medical certificate issued by a hospital without paying a refund fee; for infants, there is no refund fee. Passengers must go to the original ticket office to apply for a refund. When applying for a refund, passengers must return all ticket coupons to the original ticket office (referring to the flight coupon or one or two coupons and the accounting coupon given to the guest by the ticket office), otherwise the ticket sales office will There are no advance refunds (if the ticket is lost, it will be handled separately).
Airline reason means that the flight cannot take off normally due to reasons at the airport (such as strong wind, heavy rain, runway, heavy fog, etc.) or the airline (such as machine failure, aircraft maintenance, flight adjustment, etc.). Individual passenger refunds require passengers to apply for a refund before the departure time indicated on the ticket, and the refund fee should be paid according to the following regulations (except for special tickets of airlines).
If you apply for a refund 24 hours before the specified departure time, you should pay a refund fee of 5% of the original ticket price.
If you apply for a refund within 24 hours of the specified departure time and 2 hours before, you should pay a refund fee of 10% of the original ticket price.
If you apply for a refund within 2 hours of the specified departure time, you should pay a refund fee of 20% of the original fare
If you apply for a refund after leaving Hong Kong at the specified time, you should pay 50% of the original fare % refund fee.
Group ticket passengers who voluntarily apply for a refund should pay a refund fee as follows:
If a refund is applied 72 hours before the specified departure time, a refund fee of 10% of the original ticket price should be paid .
If you apply for a refund within 72 hours of the specified departure time and 12 hours before, you should pay a refund fee of 30% of the original ticket price.
If you apply for a refund within 12 hours of the specified departure time, you should pay a refund fee of 50% of the original ticket price.
The ticket will automatically become invalid after the specified departure time.
