How about Luxi River?

Luxi River is a famous scenic spot of Yingtan River Falls.

The Luxi River originates from the Guangze primeval forest area in Fujian. It passes through mountains and gorges and collects 36 mountain streams. Along the way, it passes through Yuntai Mountain, Xiang Mountain, Shengjing Mountain, Shangqing Town, Zhengyiguan, Xianshui Rock, Matsu Rock merges into Xinjiang River, Poyang Lake, and the Yangtze River. It has a total length of 286 kilometers and a flow length of 43 kilometers in the scenic area. It is the best route for water tours in the Longhu Mountain Scenic Area. This river has different names depending on the place names where it flows, such as "Yixi", "Luxi", "Shangqingxi", "Yunjinxi", etc. It is now collectively called "Luxi River". In the depths of the Luxi River, "two or two threads cannot reach the bottom." You can see countless fish swimming in the shallow water, boats and rafts are like arrows flying off their strings in the fast water, and smooth as a mirror in the slow water. In particular, the clear water and Danshan Mountain are harmoniously combined. , the mountains stand beside the water, and the water flows around the mountains. It can be said that the river comes from the sky, and Luxi flows in the fairyland. No wonder Chao Puzhi happily wrote the famous line "I traveled to the farthest mountains in the south of the Yangtze River, but found the stream beach thousands of miles away" after boating in Luxi River. There are many sacred wells and Danchis and flowing spring waterfalls on both sides of the Luxi River, which is another wonder of the Longhu landscape culture. The Shuilian Cave has a jade curtain of flying springs, and a thin silver waterfall. The Zhuoding Pool, Longhua Pool, and Qingzhuo Pool never dry up or overflow, and are as crystal clear as a mirror. The water in the Holy Well and Lingquan Well is delicious and sweet, cooling the heart. In "Water Curtain Cave" written by Zhao Mengxu, a celebrity of the Yuan Dynasty, he wrote: "The flying spring is like a jade curtain, going straight down hundreds of feet. The crescent moon hangs from the curtain hook, and hangs in the sky in the distance." Jie Si's "Yunjinxi Song" It is written in the book, "Bypassing the pumice is the blue stream, and the green mountains on the stream are high and low. The spring in the mountain is the water in the stream, and the source is found in the west of Huashan." The Luxi River is the mother river of Longhu Mountain, with strange peaks and rocks on both sides. The lush forests and bamboos are like a fairyland.

Danxia landform of Longhu Mountain, Longhu Mountain is beautiful, the mountains are even more beautiful, the peaks show off, and the scenery becomes a scene every step of the way. Its geology and landforms are unique and have high scientific research and ornamental value. The geological and landform features of the entire scenic area are mainly divided into three major parts; the southern and eastern parts are dominated by volcanic rocks, with Laojingxi rocks and granite intrusions on the edges, and the central and northern parts are Danxia landforms. The earliest person in my country (1928) to study the geology and landforms of Danxia was Mr. Feng Jinglan, a Chinese geologist, mineralogist and former member of the Geology Department of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The Danxia landform of Longhu Mountain has extremely high tourism and scientific research value, mainly because of its unique characteristics: first, it is beautiful and unique. There are more than 150 Danxia landform distribution areas in my country. Most of them have majestic and steep landscape features due to relatively large terrain height differences. The terrain height difference of Longhu Mountain is relatively small, with a maximum of only about 240 meters. The overall appearance is beautiful and graceful, as if it is a charming girl. Especially the Fairy Rock is the outstanding representative, showing an extreme softness. The beauty of handsomeness. Second, there are various types and concentrated distribution. There are 23 types of Danxia landforms in Longhu Mountain, which are among the best in the country. Most types of landscapes are concentrated in Longhu Mountain and Xianshuiyan Scenic Area, covering an area of ??about 40 square kilometers. From south to north, topography from high to low, landscape from dense to sparse, from dense clusters of peaks to shaped peaks and low hills, the scenic spots are densely packed, the types are diverse, and the special scenery is numerous. , which is also rare abroad. The third is the clear water and red cliffs, where mountains and rivers blend together. The clear Luxi River is like a winding jade belt, connecting the Danya landforms and landscapes on both sides from the south east to the north west. The scenery in the water and the scenery in the water set off each other, making it extremely beautiful.

Cliff tomb "raising coffin" performance: Judging from the funerary objects excavated by archaeologists, the owners of these coffins are all Guyue people. "There are hundreds of tribes in Yue", and those living in the Longhu Mountain area belong to Qianyue. They live in stilt-style houses where water flows and mountains are located. They believe in snake (dragon) totems, have tattoos on their hair, are good at using boats, and like to eat aquatic products. So why do they regret that no one is buried on the high cliff? There are different opinions so far. Some say that the ancient Yue people did it to avoid war damage, some say that it was to prevent tomb robberies, and some think that there are many floods in the area, so it is easier to preserve it when buried in high mountains. According to other historical records, people at that time believed that "those who are taller are considered to be the most filial, that is, they will no longer perform ritual sacrifices throughout their lives"; their coffin burial can make "their descendants stand out, so they compete to hang them on high rocks for good luck". However, most people infer from the fact that the cliff tombs are basically at the height of the rising sun and believe that it is related to the ancients' worship of the sun and their desire to permanently preserve the remains of their ancestors. How was this huge coffin placed on the cliff? Let’s go to the actual place and see how to make money by performing “ascension to a coffin (official position)”!

Feiyun Pavilion is located upstream of Xianshuiyan Pier, where thousands of swords stand on the wall and face an abyss. The cliffs are engraved with cliff stone carvings such as "Jade Cliff Soaring in the Sky", "Half-Celestial Immortal Traces", "Gods Can Live", "Crane Returns and Leaves a Shadow", all of which were written by the Chief Minister (Prime Minister) of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty. There is a wide area under the cliff, which can accommodate hundreds of people. In ancient times, a temple was built here, and a plank road was built on the cliff leading to the temple. This temple is large in scale, with seven floors above and below, so it is also called the "seven-story temple". The temple was later destroyed by fire. . Ma Youlong, a poet of the Ming Dynasty, gave a vivid description in "Xinzhou Shuiyan Boat Boat Feiyun Pavilion": "It seems like a Taoyuan Road, frequently connected with the fisherman's boat. The lotus flowers are spread out and the stones are beautiful, and the cloud brocade shines on the Sichuan River. The walls are shed, and the elixirs are shed. The seal does not remember the year. "Qiongtian Yao, who passed it down?"

This mountain with a small upper part and a large lower part stands on the edge of the river. Its shape is similar to the dragon bell in the Shangqing Palace. This is called Jinzhong Peak. There is no way up the mountain, it is too high to reach. Legend has it that there was a pair of dragon bells and phoenix bells in the Shangqing Palace. When the dragon bells were struck, the phoenix bells would ring in unison, and the bells would ring to the fifteenth hour on the first day of the lunar month. One day, the Phoenix Bell was brought into the palace. The emperor asked Zhang Tianshi to ring the Dragon Bell in the Shangqing Palace, but the Phoenix Bell did not ring. The Emperor Long Yan was unhappy.

On the way back, Fengzhong was so ashamed that he fell by the Luxi River. Zhang Tianshi was so angry that he transformed it into the Golden Bell Peak.

This mountain with arched stone walls and sloping slopes is called Raspberry Rock. Look at it, it looks like a large upside-down basin. The water at the foot of this mountain is the deepest. It is said that even two taels of embroidery thread cannot reach the bottom. It can be connected to the bottom of Longtou Mountain in Yingtan Park, 20 kilometers away, and is connected to the Xinjiang River. There are many stone caves and ditches of different sizes on the mountain wall. This is the result of previous water seepage and dissolution through fissures in the other direction. Later, after the rock blocks on one side of the river collapsed, they were exposed, accelerating their dissolution, flaky weathering and peeling, forming footprints or other irregular shapes. Caves, as well as diagonal strip-shaped caves and stone trenches formed along inclined fissures. Since most of these caves resemble human footprints, they are also called "immortal footprints" among the people. Next to it is a sloping ditch running straight from the top of the mountain to the water. Legend has it that these were left by Xu Zhenjun when he captured the evil dragon. Xu Zhenjun was Xu Xun, a famous Taoist priest in the Western Jin Dynasty, who once lived in seclusion in Xishan, Nanchang. At that time, due to the evil dragon's mischief, Jiangxi was often hit by floods. Xu Zhenjun pursued him and left deep footprints on the stone walls. They fought for several more rounds on the top of the mountain. Nielong suddenly used a golden cicada to escape from its shell and slid down the raspberry rock to the bottom of the river, leaving a deep ditch. After entering the water, I took a deep breath from the foot of Yingtan Longtou Mountain and dived into Poyang Lake. I was exhausted, and finally my heart was locked by Guanyin with noodles made of iron chains, and she was held in the well of Wanshou Palace in Xishan, Nanchang. Guanyin thought that it still had some filial piety towards its mother, so she agreed that it would come out to visit her mother every March 3rd and September 9th. When the evil dragon comes out, it will cause heavy rains and floods. Therefore, the local people have a song saying: "On March 3rd and September 9th, don't walk by the river if you have nothing to do." There is also a wonder on the raspberry rock. There is an inverted triangular cave at the top of the mountain, with two coffins placed flat on a beam. According to analysis, it is a cliff tomb for a husband and wife. It has been lying together quietly for more than 2,600 years.

This mountain that seems to have two layers, upper and lower, is Xianyan, which is also named "Shuiyan". Xianyan stands on the west bank of Luxi River and is the highest peak of the surrounding mountains. It has beautiful peaks and dense caves. "Longhu Mountain Chronicles" records: "There is a hollow in the rock, and a nunnery is built to live in it. Below is an abyss, and above is an azure sky. There are caves everywhere. ... When you are boating and looking up, you can only see as if you are up there. "So, Gu Kuang, a great poet of the Tang Dynasty, went boating here and was attracted by the strange peaks in front of him. He was also puzzled because he didn't know how to get up the mountain. Therefore, he wrote a poem: "The tower is green and the distance is clear. I heard that the immortal family is far away. In this city, there is no way to get to the fairy city, and there are voices in the flowers by the water. "There is a Taoist temple - Tushita Palace on the top of the mountain, and a temple - Xiangu Temple is built on the mountainside. The natural landscape and the cultural landscape are very rich and harmonious. . People say that in Longhu Mountain, you can see the majestic 99 peaks of dragons and tigers leaping. Only by climbing this fairy rock can you truly understand the charm of this statement. There are also stories about Xianyan such as "Xu Zhenjun fought against the evil dragon" and "The county magistrate married a nun". There is a crack that is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, which separates Xianyan and the mountain next to it, called Yixiantian. The two mountains together are also called the "Sword Testing Stone". "Longhu Mountain Chronicles" records: "The sword test stone is separated from the peak by Xianyan. The ancestor Tianshi tried to open the sword here, and one stone was divided into two completely." It is said that the two peaks were originally connected into one. In the Eastern Han Dynasty, In the middle of the century, Zhang Daoling, the ancestral heavenly master, came to Yunjin Mountain for the first time to make elixirs. The local landowner did not want outsiders to get involved in this blessed land. Therefore, Zhang Tianshi claimed that he was ordered by Taishang Laojun to refine elixirs and create Taoism, and he had a sword as proof. The Earth Master didn't believe it, so he made things difficult for Master Zhang. If the sword could split the mountain, he would obey. Unexpectedly, the Heavenly Master pulled out the sword, raised the sword in his hand and dropped it. Amidst the light and shadow of the sword, a stone was divided. The land master gave it up. There is a protruding rock on the left side of the mountain, which looks like a stunned monkey head. It is called "Stunned Monkey". It was precisely because of Zhang Tianshi's heaven-shattering sword that the "Monkey Master" could not recover. Of course, legends are legends. The formation of the "line of sky" landscape here is due to the gentle formation of the land massif in the early days. As the earth's crust lifted up, along the joints and fissures, the water flow continuously and rapidly scoured and eroded and cut. Therefore, There are straight canyons and deep ravines that are basically consistent with the directions of joints and fissures, and there are mostly steep cliffs on both sides of the ravines. On the cliffs, soft rock formations are often washed away by water to create grooves, caves, pits, etc.

There is a strange rock on the east bank of the river, which looks like an ape-man head in Zhoukoudian, Beijing. His facial features and appearance are perfect, and the corners of his mouth are slightly upturned, resembling a kind old father-in-law greeting us with a smile. Therefore, he is known as the "Welcoming Guest". But some people say that the guest guest is Jiang Ziya, the Grand Duke of Jiang in "The Romance of the Gods". Legend has it that when Jiang Ziya helped King Wu raise an army to defeat Zhou, he led many Taoist warriors to gather troops and rest here. When eating, you can feel the river fish here. It was so fresh and tender that even when it was used in the army, it didn't turn out as expected, leaving me with regrets. Then he told his surroundings that after a hundred years, he must be buried in this river with the fish. Maybe Jiang Taigong has got his wish. Later, the river bed was raised and the water level dropped. Ziya's head emerged from the water, smiling and contented. Therefore, this strange stone is called "Ziya Yingbin".

This huge, overlapping and colorful mountain peak on the other side of Mosquito-free Village is called "Nine Tigers and One Dragon Wall". Legend has it that Longhu Mountain is a blessed place in the cave where dragons and tigers sit, dragons soar and tigers leap. There are 100 tigers and 100 dragons with different expressions and magical powers. This stone wall hides the figures of nine tigers and one dragon. Let's see how many we can identify.

The locals say that if you can identify one tiger, it means you are a smart person; if you can identify two to three tigers, it means you are talented and virtuous; if you can identify four to five tigers, it means you are talented and virtuous; if you can identify seven to nine tigers, it means you are talented and virtuous; if you can identify seven to nine tigers, it means you are talented and virtuous. A tiger must be eight Dou high in talent and a first-rank official; if one can identify nine tigers and one dragon in one go, he must be a true dragon emperor. It is said that when Zhang Tianshi identified nine tigers and one dragon tail, the people called him the "Ghost King". When Emperor Qianlong went to the south of the Yangtze River to visit Longhu Mountain, the nine tigers and one dragon appeared vividly in front of his eyes. We are lucky enough to be here, so we might as well count carefully and test our talents.

The mountains on the east bank near the water are dark red, with many recessed parts slightly lighter in color. When three or four caves are close together, they form a face with very rich facial expressions. This kind of There are many combinations on the surface of this mountain, and the facial expressions are different, so this mountain peak is called the "face-painted stone wall". There are 108 facial masks with different expressions inlaid here. Legend has it that they are the masks of 108 heroes in "Water Margin" such as Lin Chong, the leopard head, Lu Zhishen, the flower monk, Yang Zhi, the green-faced beast, and Li Kui, the black whirlwind. Why do the faces of 108 heroes remain here? As we all know, the first chapter of "Water Margin" "Master Zhang prayed to ward off the plague, and Lieutenant Hong accidentally escaped the demon" is a story that happened in Longhu Mountain. At that time, Taiwei Hong was ordered by Emperor Renzong of the Song Dynasty to go to Longhu Mountain to invite Zhang Tianshi to come to the capital to pray for the plague. He did not want to accidentally miss the ancestor Tianshi Dongxuan in the "Palace of Suppressing Demons" in the Shangqing Palace, and locked the lock in the Demon Suppressing Well. There are 36 Tiangang stars, 72 earth evil stars, and 108 demon kings. After the "Devil King" was born, he became the 108 generals of Shuibo Liangshan. Therefore, Longhu Mountain is the birthplace of Liangshan heroes. But according to legend, it was the 118th general that Hong Taiwei let go. After they rushed straight for half a day, hundreds of golden lights scattered in the air. Zhang Tianshi sensed it when he was rescuing the disaster in Jingzhou, and quickly chanted a spell to capture them. Ten of the demon kings tried their best to resist the Tianshi's magic, and the other 108 demon kings fled in all directions. After all, the 10 demon kings were no match for Zhang Tianshi's magic power, and they were defeated one by one by Zhang Tianshi, transforming them into the "Ten Unforgettable" landscape of Longhu Mountain. For this reason, there is a local folk saying: "There are ten things that are impossible in Longhu Mountain, but if there is one that can win, the whole world will win." Since the other 108 demon kings and masters could not catch him, they drew their shadows and recorded them on the mountain wall for the world to identify. Because this river was a major transportation artery at that time, there were many people coming and going. This is a chapter of "Water Margin" that is popular among the people. Of course, it has historical limitations. This is also the origin of this mountain.

Located at the south end of the Face Stone, stands an old Taoist with an immortal spirit. This is when the Heavenly Master drew the portraits of 108 demon kings for people to identify. In order to grasp the "report" information in a timely manner, he sent a Taoist priest who was loyal to his duty to guard here. But until the heroes arrived at Liangshan Zhongyi Hall and the heroes' seats were arranged, no one "reported" it. Over time, this Taoist became an "old Taoist rock".

Mosquito-free Village is located in Xujia Village in the Xianshuiyan Scenic Area on the east bank of the Luxi River. There are about 50 households with more than 200 people, and it is reported that they are descendants of Xu Zhenjun. It has always made a living by fishing and farming. Many people in the village live longer, so it is also known as the longevity village. The village is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with beautiful peaks and luxuriant trees. In front of the village are rippling blue waves and boats. The climate here is warm in winter, cool in summer, and has a mild climate. However, there is a strange phenomenon in the village, that is, there are no mosquitoes, so it is called a "mosquito-free village" and is an ideal summer resort. Why are there no mosquitoes in this village? It remains a mystery to this day. One is that the village has a special geographical location, surrounded by mountains on three sides and facing water on one side; the other is that the village is surrounded by eucalyptus trees, which can repel mosquitoes; the third is that there is a cave not far from the village, and there are thousands of bats in the cave. As soon as night comes, he goes into the village to hunt mosquitoes; the fourth theory is related to the popular saying here that "Master Zhang repels mosquitoes and is a filial piety to his mother".

According to legend, there was a generation of heavenly masters whose mother was in a restless mood and liked to travel. This generation of heavenly masters is also extremely filial to their mother and only obeys her mother's orders. On this day, Master Zhang accompanied his mother to visit Xianshuiyan. Along the road, he could see beautiful water, green mountains, and strange peaks and ridges. Unconsciously, the red sun sets in the west and night falls. So I stayed in Xujiacun. It was early summer, and the weather was suddenly hot. The swarms of mountain mosquitoes in the village were so big that they would bite a person like a big bag. The villagers had a saying: Three mosquitoes make a dish, three mice make a sack, and the tails of mice make it a big meal. belt. Not long after Tianshi's mother moved in, she was bitten by mosquitoes all over her body and became red and swollen. She was so angry that she scolded Tianshi for being incompetent. He only knew how to catch monsters all day long and couldn't even deal with a small mosquito. The Heavenly Master was full of shame and said to his mother: "Please calm down, mother. I thought it was nothing serious. It's just a few mosquitoes, a trivial matter. Why should mother be angry? I can just drive them away." Then he took out his precious fan and asked his mother how many times she wanted to fan her. Zhang's mother didn't know the reason, so she asked the Heavenly Master about his auspiciousness. The Heavenly Master said: "If I fan my precious fan, there will be no mosquitoes in the whole village. If I fan it twice, there will be no mosquitoes within ten miles." "Okay, I can't control other places." The Heavenly Master's mother was bitten by mosquitoes and wanted to He drove away the mosquitoes around him, and before the Heavenly Master could finish speaking, he spoke over his shoulder. The Heavenly Master nodded in agreement, recited the mantra, and slapped the fan gently. He immediately saw: Mr. and Mrs. Mosquito, humming a little song; dragging his son and daughter with him, escaping from the den.
