Shanghai Vegetable Group and Yexie Town Government jointly invested in the construction of a large-scale agricultural product complex-Shanghai Nanjiao International Agricultural Product Resource Allocation Center. The first phase of the project covers an area of 180 mu, and land supply was completed at the beginning of this year. In order to better improve the supply capacity and level of agricultural products, anchor the main and non-staple food supply floors in Shanghai megacities, promote the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and explore a new rural development model of production-city integration and industrial recycling, our town plans to launch the Rural Unit Village Planning of Yexie Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai (20 18-2035) after the SyxJY of the169th executive meeting of the district government. Details are as follows:

1, the planned plots 02-07, 02-08 and 02-09 are used as the land for the second phase of the project, and the indicators of planned construction land are balanced in rural areas.

2. The planned plot 02-07 covers an area of 5,774 square meters. The land is c2 commercial service land with plot ratio 1.8 and building height limit of 30 meters. The planned 02-08 plot covers an area of 25,063 square meters, and the nature of the land is c2 commercial service land, with a plot ratio of 1.8 and a building height limit of18m, with a local area not exceeding 30m. The planned plot area of 02-09 is 31627m2, and the planned land is c2c8 commercial and office mixed land, with C2≥ 10%, c8≤90%, plot ratio of 3.0 and building height limit of 65m.
