What are the evaluation criteria for tourist star hotels?

The hotel star rating is based on the "Classification and Rating of Tourist Hotel Stars" (GB/T14308-2010). The specific requirements are as follows:

(1) "Tourist Hotel Star Ratings" Classification and Assessment of "Appendix A "Checklist of Necessary Items". This table stipulates the hardware facilities and services that each star rating must have. Each project that requires a corresponding star rating must meet the standards and is indispensable.

(2) Appendix B "Facilities and Equipment Rating Table" (Hardware Table, ***600 points) of "Classification and Rating of Tourist Hotel Stars". This table mainly evaluates and scores the level of hotel hardware facilities. The minimum score lines for three, four and five stars are: 220 points for three stars, 320 points for four stars and 420 points for five stars. There are no requirements for one or two stars.

(3) Appendix C of "Classification and Rating of Star Ratings of Tourist Hotels" "Hotel Operation Quality Evaluation Form" (software form, ***600 points). This table mainly evaluates the "software" of the hotel, including evaluation of the basic processes of the hotel's various services, facility maintenance, and cleanliness. The minimum score rates for three, four and five stars are: 70% for three stars, 80% for four stars and 85% for five stars. There are no requirements for one or two stars.
