Kaifeng Prefecture, located on the north bank of Baogong East Lake in Kaifeng City, Henan Province, was the administrative and judicial office of Kyoto officials in the Northern Song Dynasty. It is called the world capital and the national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

According to historical records, there were 183 prefects in Kaifeng in the Northern Song Dynasty, especially Bao Gong, who was famous at home and abroad.
