Shandong is Heze City, Shandong Province.

Heze City, the peony capital of China, was called Caozhou in ancient times. It borders Jining City in the east, Xuzhou City in Jiangsu Province and Suzhou City in Anhui Province in the southeast, Shangqiu City in Henan Province in the south, and Henan Province in the west. Kaifeng City and Xinxiang City are adjacent to each other, and it is connected to Puyang City, Henan Province to the north.

Heze was originally a natural ancient swamp, where the Jishui River converged and the Heze River came out, connecting the two major water systems of the ancient Jishui River and the Si River. It was renamed Longchi in the Tang Dynasty and Xiayue Lake in the Qing Dynasty. In the 13th year of Emperor Yongzheng's reign in the Qing Dynasty, Caozhou was promoted to the prefecture and a county was established attached to Guo. 1. Caozhou Peony Garden.

It is the largest peony garden with the most varieties in Heze and is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction. 2. Caozhou Hundred Gardens.

It was first built in the Jiajing year of the Ming Dynasty. It has gone through many vicissitudes and has many legends. It has more than 100 precious peonies that are over a hundred years old and is known as the "Fine Peony Garden". Baiyuan Garden is famous for its traditional rare and precious varieties, complete flower colors, reasonable distribution and easy viewing. The garden is known as the "Treasure Peony Garden" for its wide variety of valuable peonies. The jade-green lotus in Heze Baiyuan Garden is the largest and oldest peony tree in China. Viewers call it the "King of Peony".
