Go to Waterloo Farmers' Market
We started from Toronto, drove southwest120km, and arrived at a small town in Waterloo, where there was a farmer's market.
? The farmers' market is very big. The farmer's market is a window to understand the life of ordinary Canadians, and it is also one of the tourist attractions for foreign tourists. The market is divided into indoor and outdoor parts, and the outdoor stalls are set in iron tents.
Most of these agricultural products are grown by farmers themselves, but of course some of them are grown in other places and wholesale.
Fruits and vegetables are fresh and cheaper than supermarkets. We bought five boxes of Lan Mei, 10 Canadian dollars, and a box of 5 yuan Canadian dollars in the supermarket. There are industrial products such as clothing, shoes and hats in the market, as well as food stalls, which are generally indoors.
In order to attract tourists, the transportation tools of the agricultural reclamation period are still maintained here. Horses and carriages are pulled by horses, and tourists sit in them to watch the city.
There are singers at the farmers' market.
We visited the town and participated in the maple leaf sugar production workshop in the town. The town is small, sparsely populated and clean.
One-day tour is part of going deep into the life of an old man in Canada. Travel agencies in China generally don't arrange this scenic spot.
After returning home, I had dinner and walked around. I found these old houses 0/00 years ago. Although a little old, it really has a unique charm.
