What is the reputation of Kunming International Travel Service? How to sign up?
Let's talk about the cheating behavior of China Travel Agency and my experience of being cheated, so as not to be cheated again.
I first contacted Room 229 of Beijing Road International Travel Service to discuss tourism, and the negotiation process has been smooth. CTS gave people the impression that "everything is easy to discuss and everything is guaranteed", so the itinerary and details were quickly negotiated, and we also paid the deposit quickly and waited for the itinerary. But just the day before our departure, the other party suddenly said that our group had to pay more for picking up the plane every time, adding 200 yuan every time, on the grounds that they were only responsible for picking up the plane for free once, but our group arrived from three places and had to pick it up three times. It's just that it cost thousands of dollars, which is not bad for picking up the plane. So, we finally closed the deal by adding 150 yuan each time. In fact, it takes 60 to 70 yuan to take a taxi from Changshui Airport to the farthest city in Kunming, and our hotel is actually only 20 minutes' drive. The airport pick-up and money increase is just an episode before the whole trip. We don't care much about this. We just hope that the whole trip will be pleasant and smooth.
When we arrived in Kunming, we first met Dai Yunxi, the manager of Beijing Road International Travel Service, and prepared to formally sign a travel contract with him. He is really smiling, cordial and sincere, which makes people feel that choosing an international travel agency is the wisest and most correct choice. Who knows, after we left Kunming and went to Shangri-La and Dali in Lijiang, what happened made people more and more doubt the credibility of international travel agencies.
Our contract clearly requires us to stay in a listed three-star hotel, but in fact, except for the first day in Kunming and the third day in Dali, which is a listed three-star hotel according to the standard, what business hotels have been arranged for us for the other seven days? Whenever we ask questions when we check in, the tour guide's statement is the same. If the travel agency insists on changing hotels, it can take us to see it, but it's already late, the tourist season. Hotels don't necessarily have rooms. All the three-star hotels listed are old and worse than this, and so on. However, we have a frail 70-year-old man and a 20-month-old baby who still needs to drink milk. After a tired day's play, there is no energy to toss about, so we have to give in, take a bath and sleep, and then we have no energy to play. In Xishuangbanna, more and more intolerable things happened. There is no restaurant in this hotel. What's more, our residence has to go through a section of iron stairs and a section of stagnant water to reach it. The room smells musty, and there are geckos crawling in the corridor. This condition is not to mention the listing of three stars, even the most common two-star hotels are not comparable. Unbearable, the tour guide finally agreed to change hotels. The gecko disappeared, but the room in the new hotel smelled pungent. At this moment, I finally understand that travel agencies can always deal with suspicious tourists like us-aren't you going to change hotels? Do you want to hang Samsung? Well, I will only give you those hotels that are old, dilapidated or rebuilt, and I will never take you to hotels that meet the standards with good conditions. What if the accommodation does not meet the contract? I'm not afraid to complain. Anyway, tossing around in the end will only make you more miserable, and you will get tired of being picky. Compared with travel agencies, tourists are always weak, and they are always winners.
After playing for ten days, the trip is finally coming to an end. However, when I flew back to Kunming from Xishuangbanna that night, a very irritating thing happened. A dozen of us landed at Kunming Changshui Airport at 7: 40 pm on time. As soon as we got off the plane, we contacted Dai Yunxi, manager of Beijing Road International Travel Service, to confirm the plane pick-up. This is not the first time to confirm the pick-up. We contacted him before we set off from Xishuangbanna, and now we just need to check the parking position for picking up the car again. According to the driver's instructions, our group walked from the arrival hall to the departure hall on the third floor, pushing a pile of luggage to the roadside outside Gate 4 to wait for the arrival of the vehicle. Because we are afraid of the driver, we dare not eat. We want to be hungry for a while, and then go to the hotel for dinner immediately. But we waited for two hours. We called the driver and manager Dai Yunxi several times. They said there was a traffic jam, they said they were going to the toll booth, and they said they would arrive in a few minutes. However, the car of the stars and the moon that we have been waiting for has never appeared. We asked other pick-up and drop-off vehicles, and there was no traffic jam. We pitied a dozen people, old and young, who were nearly seventy years old and only twenty months old, and were thus worn by China Travel Service. I stood hungry in the cold night wind for two hours, and the baby sneezed with cold. I still have a sore throat and a stuffy nose. I just came back from the hot Xishuangbanna, where the cold wind blew for so long. Who can stand it? ! Finally, when we got to the car pick-up, we just asked the driver why he kept us waiting for so long, and the driver lost his temper and told us not to send us off. I have never seen such a rogue and shameless driver. He is full of lies and lies. Not only did he not apologize, but he also had the cheek to be a rogue again!
Equally shameless and unscrupulous is Dai Yunxi, manager of Beijing Road of China International Travel Service. From beginning to end, she colluded with the driver and lied to us. Before the car was arranged, she lied to us that it was on the way and told us to wait outside. It was only a short journey of 20 minutes, but we were kept waiting for two hours and frozen for two hours, completely ignoring the sick old people and weak children in our group. What's more, she finally stopped answering our calls. If we hadn't insisted on getting off, the driver wouldn't have called her again. We don't know how long it will take to get to the hotel. In such a small city as Kunming, we got off the plane at 7: 40 and drove for 20 minutes, but we were tossed to the hotel after 10 in the evening. You can imagine how outrageous Kunming International Travel Service is, and Manager Dai has no conscience. Not to mention that. Our contract clearly stipulates that CITS is responsible for picking up and dropping off at Kunming Airport. However, after deliberately delaying the pick-up, the manager Dai Yunxi suddenly turned against each other and refused to admit that they had delivery service and send us the travel invoices she had promised several times before that night. Seeing that the phone can't solve the problem, I repeatedly urged the interview, but she said that she was too busy to come to the hotel. It's past ten o'clock in the evening, and the manager is still busy? This reason sounds really ridiculous. Under my insistence, she had no reason to shirk, and finally came to our residence after more than an hour. It was not until I questioned the manager Dai with the contract in black and white that she had to admit that they did have delivery service. However, as for the promised travel invoice, she shamelessly asked us to pick it up at her company at 9: 00 the next day. Knowing that our flight left Kunming at eight o'clock the next morning and couldn't pick up the invoice at nine o'clock, she deliberately made things difficult for us. The real reason is that she was not going to invoice us at that time. When signing the contract, because it was past five o'clock in the afternoon and the travel agency could not swipe the card, Manager Dai took us to a friend's shop to swipe the card that night. Now she refuses to invoice us. I guess there's something fishy going on here. It's a pity that we well-intentioned people are stupid enough to believe that there will be no problem with what she promised, not to mention that before the end of the last trip to Xishuangbanna, we had confirmed with her the flight pick-up, invoices and other matters, and she has always kept her promise. It never occurred to me that CTS is such a travel agency that can't keep its reputation, and manager Dai Yunxi is such a traitor. When he really makes money, he can treat customers like others.
It was not until this time that I realized that it was no accident that on the first day of signing the contract, we met a Hubei father and son in the office on the first floor of Beijing Road International Travel Service. They were cheated by international travel agencies just like us. At that time, the father and son angrily went to the company to discuss because they could not get the train ticket back to Hubei that night promised by Beijing Road International Travel Service. At that time, manager Dai explained to me that their tickets were booked late and there were no tickets, so I was credulous and didn't worry anymore. In retrospect, it's not the same thing at all. According to what the father and son said when they quarreled that day, they had been out for many days and had already arranged their trip. How can they temporarily let the travel agency book tickets until the end of the trip? This shows that Beijing Road International Travel Service should not cheat customers occasionally. At least, managers like Dai Yunxi tell customers one thing and do another, which makes people question the trust of CITS in the future.
