First, the preparation before departure

● There are few travel notes about Shi Niuzhai Scenic Spot in Pingjiang. There is an official WeChat account in the scenic spot, with a large discount. Original price 148 yuan (including: big ticket, glass bridge, mirror of the sky, eye of the cliff, geological museum) can be purchased with the official WeChat account of 79.9 yuan. Unfortunately, this official WeChat account does not introduce many scenic spots and tourist routes.

Second, traffic.

● Use Gaode map to navigate to Shiniuzhai National Geopark, and you can choose ticket office, old parking lot or new parking lot as your destination. Among them, the old parking lot and the ticket office are located on the same side, while the new parking lot is located across the road. There are plenty of parking spaces in both old and new parking lots. For Shiniuzhai, which has not been popularized, the parking problem is not big. It should be noted that the new parking lot is about 500 meters away from the gate of the scenic spot. ● Special reminder: There are two Shiniuzhai scenic spots, namely Pingjiang Shiniuzhai National Geopark and Liuyang Shiniuzhai scenic spot, which are about 100 km apart. So when navigating, be sure to check the names of counties and cities under the names to avoid mistakes.

Third, sightseeing.

● The route we visited is shown in the red line in the picture. From arriving at the scenic spot to leaving, it took a total of 5.5 hours and took 17000 steps (we chose to go up the mountain and down the cable car). ● It should be noted that the tour guide map of scenic spots is not updated in time, and the actual tour routes and attractions are more than those in the tour guide map. For example, the mirror of the sky (marked A) and the eye of the cliff (marked B) are not marked in the guide map. ● The tour route of the scenic spot is a big loop. You can enter and exit from the left and right entrances, and there is a cable car (one-way 50 yuan) for tourists to go up and down the mountain.
