During the summer vacation, while the stars were busy with various tutoring classes and various summer camps, our New Composition Magazine also had a major activity, which was to organize all our members to take a trip to the beautiful and mysterious land of Western Hunan. This tour lasted for 6 days and passed through Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area and Fenghuang Ancient City. There were as many as 50 people participating.

Sister Xiaoxue specifically concluded that Zhangjiajie is good because of its mountains and rivers, and its uncanny craftsmanship; Fenghuang Ancient City is good because of its small bridges and flowing water, and its people have a long history of cultural charm.

Actually, travel is nothing more than natural scenery and cultural attractions. The key to having a good time lies in who you go with. What we play is the mood. We new writers have always been like a big united family, so of course we have fun playing with our own family members. As for the mountaineering incident, mountaineering is really the best sport that tests people’s physical strength and mental endurance. It goes without saying that mountaineering tests physical strength, everyone knows it. So why is the psychological endurance tested again? The scene turned to the first day when we arrived at the scenic spot. We didn’t go through any warm-up exercises, and came directly to the 5,800 steps, which required us to walk down them. Fortunately, everyone had moral support and the journey was completed smoothly. But when the next day there were 3,888 more steps to climb on foot, many colleagues were obviously knocked down and sat down at the foot of the mountain to wait. Only a few people who firmly believed that they could challenge their physical limits completed the second day of mountain climbing.

Let’s talk about the poker incident on the train. The total time on the train for this trip was more than fifty hours. The time on the train was boring, and everyone could only entertain themselves with playing cards. But looking at the carriage, there are groups of four and five, fighting landlords, double promotions, and staring at each other. Everyone is spending their whole life learning, just for fun. The winner is happy, but the loser must accept the punishment. Everyone has a great time with stickers, truth or dare, and drawing bastards. This entertainment activity is great and it enhances everyone’s relationship. But there are also disadvantages. The disadvantage is that Sister Xiaoxue seems to be a little "obsessed". After returning home from the trip, she dreams about playing poker at night.
