When capital keeps emphasizing "fast" to us, in the eyes of many young people, they seem to want to go as fast as possible. If you stay with this company for three months and there is no results, then quickly change to another company. They are either on the way to quitting or are quitting naked.

I once knew a young man who was very capable and thoughtful. He liked to study and read, and he kept abreast of everything. Curiosity and seriousness, and very responsible in work.

I felt incredible after listening to his story, because in my opinion, this young man’s work ability and thinking are pretty good, and he should be a good prospect. I asked myself, why did he resign naked every time? Is it because he was at odds with his leader?

He answered me that it was not. Every one of his naked remarks seemed to be planned. Probably, before joining the company, I felt that the company was worth trusting, but after joining the company, I found that the company was "worthless".

This is probably his mentality.

Afterwards, I analyzed it myself and found that he might have fallen into the "curse of knowledge." What does that mean? Probably the more you know, the more critical you look at things and how critical you are. The more you know, the more you discover your own limitations and sense of urgency for time. But the more you do this, the more naked you become, and the more you end up with nothing.

Of course, such young people are very few after all. The reason why more people choose naked words is, to use a popular word nowadays, "without knowing it".

They don’t know where their abilities and boundaries are, and they don’t know even more about their future and what they want. These young people who quit their jobs often have no future or career plans, but they often fall into a state of confusion and confusion. In my opinion, this is very scary.

Because the cost and cost of quitting work are acceptable, but the time it takes to find a job is the biggest headache for us, because quitting work is very fast, but continuing to find a job is difficult. It's a long process.

I can see the contradictions among young people very clearly now. To put it simply, there are two main contradictions. One is to continue working in the company, always receiving a dead salary, with no future for promotion and salary increase, and is extremely busy, with little left at the end of the year; the other is to resign naked. Change the current status quo and look for opportunities and platforms in other companies, but it may be a good change, but it may be a worse change.

This is the main contradiction between young people’s naked resignation today. If they don’t resign naked, they are unwilling to accept the bleak future; if they resign naked, they may change the status quo, but they may also make it worse.
