Can children remotely control small planes and car toys to board the plane?

Children's remote-controlled small planes and car toys can get on the plane as long as the battery does not exceed 160Wh. It can be used as hand luggage to carry personal portable electronic devices such as laptops, mobile phones and cameras, and spare batteries containing no more than 100Wh lithium batteries on the passenger plane.

With the approval of airlines, electronic equipment with lithium batteries exceeding 100Wh but not exceeding 160Wh can be carried on board. Each passenger can't carry more than two such spare lithium batteries and can't check them.

Spare batteries must be individually protected against short circuit (put them in the original retail packaging or insulate the electrodes in other ways, such as sticking adhesive tape on the exposed electrodes, or put each battery in a separate plastic bag or protective box).
