Article 1: In order to strengthen the protection and development of tourism resources and promote the healthy development of the tourism industry, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and in combination with the actual situation of this city. Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the protection, development, supervision and management of tourism resources within the administrative region of this city. Article 3 The protection and development of tourism resources shall adhere to scientific planning, priority in protection, rational development, and the unification of ecological, social and economic benefits. Article 4 The municipal and county (city, district) people's governments shall strengthen the organization and leadership of the protection and development of tourism resources, incorporate the protection and development of tourism resources into the national economic and social development plans of their respective administrative regions, and establish and improve the protection and development of tourism resources. Develop working mechanisms to coordinate and resolve major issues in the protection and development of tourism resources.

The township (town) people's government and sub-district offices assist relevant departments in the protection and development of tourism resources.
