Ying Ge Mountain Tourist Area, located in the southwest of Qiongzhong, is an important branch of Limuling, one of the three mountain ranges in Hainan. The highest peak, Eagle Mouth Peak, is the second highest peak in Hainan, with an altitude of181m, so it is named because of its magnificent shape like a parrot beak. The top of the mountain overlooks Wuzhishan. Mountains, rivers and valleys crisscross the tourist area, dotted with natural lakes, lush trees and animals. Deep in the mountains, there are intact tropical virgin forests, diverse plant communities and various natural resources.

Ying Ge Mountain Tourist Area is also the former site of Qiongya Column Command in the old revolutionary base area of Hainan Island. Many touching historical figures have emerged here, and many cultural and historical landscapes with revolutionary traditional education significance have been preserved. It is a tourist attraction integrating sightseeing and historical investigation.
