Jiulongxia Scenic Area is located in the west of Xingtai County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, about 80 kilometers away from the urban area. It is a natural scenic spot with canyon scenery and peculiar landforms.

Here, you can climb mountains and stroll, and enjoy the scenery, streams and waterfalls. 3. Tian Shu Cliff

Wolong Bay looks like a patio because the cliff is tight. Here, the quartzite layer on the canyon wall has different lithologic composition and color. After differential weathering, they formed a thick book with overlapping pages, named Tian Shu Cliff.

4. Longyan Gallery

On the south side of the canyon, the soft rock stratum is eroded by difference, and it is sunken into a plane rock gallery, which is more than 200 meters long and 3-4 meters wide. It is engraved with the evolution of the dragon son in past dynasties and the dragon calligraphy of the literati emperors in past dynasties. Known as the first gallery in China.

6. Guanyin cave

Located under the south cliff of the main gorge on the west side of Jiaolong Gorge, it is nearly 20 meters higher than the bottom of the gorge, and there are stone steps leading to the cave, with a depth of about 20 meters. It is a cave formed by differential erosion along the joint dense zone. Guanyin Bodhisattva is enshrined in the cave, hence the name Guanyin Cave. The mountain opposite the cave is lotus-shaped, so it is called Lotus Mount Tai. This section of the canyon looks like a vase, so it is called Aquarius Gorge. Aquarius, Lotus Terrace and Guanyin carved in natural caves constitute a combination of scenic spots and religions.
