What does a travel agency leader do?

The tour leader of a travel agency generally refers to the tour guide who leads the outbound group, that is, the overseas tour leader. Refers to the personnel who have obtained the outbound tour guide certificate, accepted the appointment of the travel agency with the right to operate outbound tourism business and engaged in outbound tour guide work in accordance with the provisions of the Tour Guide Management Law.

The responsibilities of the team leader mainly include:

1. Remind and urge tourists to abide by the laws of tourist destinations, respect religious beliefs, ethnic customs and living habits, and safeguard the dignity of Chinese people;

2. Assist tourists to go through the formalities of entry and exit, hotel check-in and ticket confirmation;

3. Supervise tour guides and reception agencies to implement tourism plans;

6. Do a good job of paragraph cohesion and provide translation services when necessary.
