Introduction to Guling Cave Scenic Area:

The development of this cave began at 1979, and officially opened at 1982 in July. Tea discovered by Lu Guimeng, a poet in Tang Dynasty. Lu hired someone to dig, but gave up because the project was not enough, leaving a regret that "Gui Mengzhi's ambition was not paid, and the Tang and Song Dynasties had not yet penetrated people's hearts". However, after the Song Dynasty, some people went into caves to explore seclusion. Today, there are traces of tourists from Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties on the stone wall. It is one of the representative caves in Yixing.

It is a famous limestone cave in Guling and one of Yixing's "Three Musts" (Shanjuan Cave and Zhanggong Cave). According to legend, Tian Daoxian, a girl who symbolizes a bumper harvest, lives in seclusion here, so she is called "Guling Cave". Located at the south foot of Guling (Shi Niu Shan) in Wangjiawu, 28km southwest of Yixing City, it is now a tea garden in Yangxian County. It's only six kilometers from Zhanggong Cave.

The whole cave covers an area of 8160m2, and the traveling distance is113m. There are two openings, one on the top and one on the bottom. There are six stone halls in the cave, which are different in size from stalagmites and stalagmites. They are separated, run through and come down in one continuous line. Sixth, with its epoch-making natural form, the hall has become a unique landscape. They were named Guling Wen Yuan, Jinchan Yue Bai, Baichuan Guihai, Qiongge Hall, Fodong Xianyan and Longgong Fengfu respectively.
