3. Freight vehicles and drivers who enter our province along roads such as expressway and national highways shall be tested for 1 nucleic acid every day; Stop and go, implement closed-loop management; For those who live or stay in the local area for a long time, service management measures shall be implemented according to the epidemic risk of the route.

4. To enter the construction site and other crowded units outside the province, check the negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours. Non-local (people who have lived in other cities within 7 days) who intend to enter the construction site shall be subject to centralized residential management and health monitoring for 3 days. Those who have negative nucleic acid test for 3 consecutive days and have no suspicious symptoms such as fever can enter the construction site for work.
