According to Article 69 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China, if a travel agency entrusts the reception business in a package tour contract to other qualified land agency with the consent of tourists, it shall conclude a written entrustment contract with the land agency, stipulate the rights and obligations of both parties, provide the land agency with a copy of the package tour contract concluded with tourists, and pay the land agency no less than the cost of reception and service. The land agency shall provide services in accordance with the package tour contract and the entrustment contract.
