With the extensive participation of teachers and students at home and abroad and the support of people from all walks of life around the world, PHE International Youth Painting and Calligraphy Conference has gone through a glorious course of eight years and has developed into the most popular aesthetic education brand for young children at home and abroad. 1. Essay target: children aged 3- 18 in primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, children's palaces, cultural centers, art groups, secondary specialized schools and various off-campus training institutions.

3. Painting types and specifications: There are no restrictions on painting types, including calligraphy. China's paintings and calligraphy are no more than four feet of paper (63× 138 cm). Sculpture and handwork can be photographed (more than 7 inches, which must be clear and signed by the tutor). Photographic works of more than 7 inches, computer painting with B5 or A4 or A3 paper printing. The remaining works shall not exceed four quarts (54×38 cm) of the whole paper. Small-sized works are recommended, and 84% or 16% works are appropriate.

5. Deadline for submission: June, 2009 10 (subject to the local postmark, units that do not consider participating in summer vacation prize-winning activities can call to explain and postpone the submission appropriately).

6. Precautions:
