(A) the development of tourist destinations
Tourism destination is the regional carrier of tourism products and the destination of tourists. Tourism destination development is to plan regional tourism resources, build tourist attractions, build tourism infrastructure, improve tourism services and implement regional tourism development strategy under the guidance of tourism economic development strategy, according to tourism market demand and characteristics of tourism products. Therefore, the development of tourist destination is to build tourist attractions in a certain geographical space, so that it can be organically combined with other related tourist conditions and become a destination for tourists to stay and activities. Tourism development can usually be divided into five forms.
1. Development based on natural landscape. This development mainly focuses on maintaining the original state of natural features, mainly carrying out the construction of supporting facilities such as roads, accommodation and entertainment, as well as environmental greening and landscape protection. For example, the special landforms, biological communities and ecological features of a region are all tourism resources that can be developed. As long as the natural landscape has its own characteristics, it is not necessary to have a good ecological environment. For example, deserts and Gobi are all tourist attractions worth visiting after development. However, the development of natural scenic spots must be based on the premise of strictly maintaining the original appearance of natural landscapes and controlling the number and density of scenic spots. The infrastructure and artificial scenic spots in the natural landscape should be in harmony with the natural environment.
2. Development based on human landscape. This development refers to the restoration and arrangement of incomplete cultural and historical relics. For example, monuments, sites, gardens and buildings with important historical and cultural values are maintained, repaired, restored and rebuilt by modern architectural means, so that they will naturally have tourism functions and become tourist attractions after being restored to their original appearance. However, the development of human landscape must be based on historical materials and sites, and cannot be fabricated out of thin air. The development of human landscape generally requires a large investment and high technology.
3. Innovative development based on original resources. This kind of development mainly uses the advantages of the original resources and development base to further expand and increase new tourism activities and projects, so as to enrich the characteristics and improve the attractiveness. For example, in the lakeside natural landscape tourism, it is good to add some water sports, such as paragliding, boating and water skiing. It will not destroy the original landscape, but also contrast with the original lakes and mountains and become a new scenic spot.
4. Development of non-commodity tourism resources. Non-commodity tourism resources generally refer to local folk customs, folk customs, culture and art, etc. Although it is a tourist resource, it is not a tourist commodity, nor is it produced for tourism, nor is it just for tourism service. The development of this kind of tourism resources involves many departments and personnel, and it needs extensive horizontal cooperation with relevant departments, mining, sorting, transforming, processing and organizing, and developing various tourism products on this basis. Developers should note that once these areas become tourist destinations, a large number of tourists will change the lifestyle and customs of local residents after entering the scenic spots, and the foreign culture brought by tourists will cause great pollution to the local cultural ecology.
5. Use modern scientific and technological achievements to develop tourism. This is a series of achievements made by using modern science and technology. After careful conception and design, we have created unique tourism activities, such as "Disneyland" and "Future World". Modern science and technology, with its novel and peculiar characteristics, integrates entertainment, recreation and excitement, greatly expanding and enriching the content and form of tourism activities.
(B) the development of tourist routes
Tourism route is a concrete manifestation of tourism products, a concrete way of combining individual tourism products and a concrete form of foreign sales of tourism destinations. Tourism route development is to combine tourism resources, scenic spots, facilities and services according to the demand characteristics of different target tourists. In the combination of tourist routes, a single tourist product is only one of the components. Developers do not make substantial changes to the single tourist product, but only consider the demand characteristics and payment ability of different tourists to make corresponding collocation. For example, Hainan 3-day tour and Hainan 5-day tour, the latter is based on the former, adding some scenic spots and tourism services; If the level of transportation, catering and accommodation of the 5-day tour in Hainan is appropriately adjusted, then there will be tourism products of the 5-day standard tour and luxury tour in Hainan. We can regard Hainan tour as a tourism product line. On the premise of keeping Hainan as a major tourist destination, we can adjust different tourism product elements of this line to form different tourism varieties to meet the needs of different types of consumers, such as five-day double flight tour, five-day train tour and five-day diving tour in Hainan. Therefore, the essence of tourism route development is to combine and match tourism products according to the demand characteristics of tourists in different target markets.
The types of tourist route development can be classified from different angles.
1. According to the nature of tourist routes. It can be divided into two categories: ordinary sightseeing tours and special special tours. Of course, it can also be a combination of the two, such as adding sightseeing to holiday tours.
2. The number of days of travel according to the travel route. It can be divided into one-day tour and multi-day tour.
3. according to the main means of transportation in the tourist route. It can be divided into navigation tourist routes, aviation tourist routes, inland river and lake tourist routes, railway tourist routes, automobile tourist routes, motorcycle tourist routes, self-driving tourist routes, bicycle tourist routes, hiking tourist routes and comprehensive tourist routes mixed with several means of transportation.
4. Classify users according to their different attributes. It can be divided into package tours, optional individual tours and family tours.
