(2) Applicants for the Foreign Language Tour Guide Qualification Examination must have a college degree or above in a foreign language major, or a bachelor's degree or above in a non-foreign language major.

(3) The "Tour Guide Qualification Certificate" is only a qualification certificate and cannot be used directly. It must be replaced by an electronic tour guide certificate before it can be used with a group.
