The area that best represents the rise of Fangcun is White Swan Pond, where there is a scenic spot called Etan Xinyun. Although it is adjacent to Fangcun subway station, there are few tourists.

White Swan Pond is the diversion of the Pearl River system, and you can enjoy the scenery of Shamian Island, the western part of Haizhu District and the White Swan Pond area of Fangcun at the same time.

Although its reputation is not as good as before, this hotel is the first five-star hotel in China with Sino-foreign cooperation, and it is the main landmark and landscape in the west of Guangzhou. Its unique view of the river has made it popular for a long time.

The more prosperous areas of Guangzhou City are all built along the river, such as Zhujiang New Town, Yanjiang Road and Pazhou CBD. Compared with the high popularity of Zhujiang New Town, White Swan Pond, which also has excellent viewing vision, is obviously lonely. I believe this situation will change greatly when the White Swan Pond CBD takes shape.

At present, the Fangcun White Swan Pond is under construction everywhere. Judging from the appearance of the completed buildings, the noble temperament has already appeared.

I visited along the river, but I saw the increasing number of high-rise buildings on the three banks of the Pearl River. Who would have thought of the image of Haizhu District and Fangcun yesterday except for the old Liwan and Yuexiu areas?

Walking along the riverbank of White Swan Pond, I found that this is a huge wharf. There are a large number of passenger ships and cruise ships moored along the riverbank. Most of the ships are at rest during the day, and the passenger ships plying between Huangsha and Fangcun are still operating normally. It is a landscape ship and a relatively old "water transportation bus" in Guangzhou.
