6. College graduates with employment difficulties.

(2) College graduates with employment difficulties refer to college graduates who have left school for 2 years or more and have never been employed (college graduates mainly refer to students who have graduated from full-time colleges and universities, and need to provide a copy of their graduation certificate and the original China higher education certification report).

III. Basic Conditions for Recruiting Personnel

(1) Open registration

4. Application materials:

(2) Eligible college graduates with employment difficulties should register on the spot with their valid second-generation ID card and its copy (both sides need to be copied), 1 recent 2-inch bareheaded color photos, original diploma and academic qualifications in online certification.

If the address of the ID card is not in the urban planning area of Aohan Banner, a certificate of living in the town for more than 6 months is required (this certificate must be issued in the community where I live).

Each applicant can only fill in one public welfare post, and if two or more public welfare posts are filled in, the qualification for this public welfare post interview will be cancelled.

(2) After the preliminary qualification registration, the employment service center will organize personnel to conduct preliminary qualification examination. After the personnel pass the preliminary examination, the staff of the employment service center will inform me of the interview.

(3) Organizing interviews

(4) Employment and publicity

According to the interview results of the post personnel reported by the candidates, choose the employment time from high to low until it is full (except those who must pass the interview in the post plan remarks).

If there are vacancies, all those who have not entered will be sorted according to the interview results from high to low, and those with the highest scores will be given priority.

2. Disclosure of results.

According to the interview results, the candidates to be hired are determined and publicized by Aohan Banner Employment Service Center on the portal of Aohan Banner People's Government and the official WeChat account of Aohan Banner Employment Service Center. Sub-district offices and employers should also be publicized simultaneously on the corresponding bulletin boards for 5 days. During the publicity period, a report telephone number of 0476-432 1077 will be set up, which will be widely supervised by the masses.

If there is no objection after publicity, the employer shall sign a labor agreement with it for public welfare posts and report it to Aohan Banner Employment Service Center for the record.

Once the public welfare post personnel are hired, their posts will remain unchanged.

(5) Pre-job training The employed personnel must receive pre-job training, and they can only take up their posts after passing the training.

Those who fail to attend the pre-job training due to their own reasons will be disqualified.
