What are the characteristics of rural tourism?
As a new form of tourism, rural tourism caters to the pace of the times. Generally speaking, it is in line with the construction of new socialist countryside, such as sightseeing picking garden, greenhouse picking, farmhouse music, folk village and so on. Many areas are now operating. Tourists' autonomy and selectivity have increased, and they don't have to go to shopping stores and spend money like some tour groups. Visitors can stay, learn and experience rural lifestyle activities in and around the countryside (usually traditional villages in remote areas). Villages can also be used as bases for tourists to explore nearby areas. Visitors can cultivate their temperament, improve their hands-on ability, get close to nature and eat fresher green food while picking vegetables and fruits. Eat a farmhouse meal, make fine coarse grains, reduce the burden on the stomach, approach the folk houses and feel different customs. The concept of rural tourism includes two aspects: first, it occurs in rural areas, and second, it takes rural nature as a tourist attraction, both of which are indispensable.
