Previous team-building activities meant that everyone got together to eat, drink, and have fun. This time, I was deeply touched by the team-building activities.

This time the company team building was held in the Liangzi Lake Ecological Zone, where three instructors led employees from three companies to conduct a team building activity.

The first thing is to group them into groups. One group is divided into 8 groups, with vests of different colors as distinctions.

The first activity is to determine the team leader, secretary, team name, slogan, team song and body logo on a group basis.

The second activity is to challenge three projects within 150 seconds: The first project is for everyone to cross their left and right hands, and then find a way to become face to face without crossing. The second step is to pass the hula hoop. Don't break your hand, and let the hula hoop be passed in the hands of everyone in the group. The third one is on three acupressure boards, with 10 people standing, and the feet of these 10 people must be standing on the acupressure boards. The fourth project is for everyone to gather in a circle, then clap their hands and shout slogans. The pair that takes the least time is the winner.

The third activity is to send the dragon out to sea. Disrupt the leader's position and place him in front of other groups. Then play Rock Paper Scissors on your members in turn and captain. If you win, return immediately and high-five the next team member for transmission. If you lose, you go around the captain. If you lose once, you go around once. If you lose twice, you go around twice, and so on. If it's a draw, you need to hug the captain. Whichever team takes the least time at the end wins.

The fourth activity is crowd paddling. Use ropes to divide the team into two parts: the inner circle and the outer circle. Have all team members swing from top to left at a time, like paddling. You need to do this action enough, 666 times.

The last part is to take a group photo. In fact, every activity focuses on acting according to team awareness and cultivating employees' team awareness and execution awareness.

Meals are arranged, including a buffet barbecue at noon and a dinner party in the evening, all in a natural environment like a forest.
