The mountain climbing route of Lufeng Mountain

Denglufeng Mountain has two roads, the north and the south. The north road is the best and has more scenic spots:

At the foot of the mountain is the "Yaowang Temple" in memory of Sun Simiao, the king of medicine. Sun Simiao was the founder of the Tang Dynasty. A famous medical scientist, his "Thousands of Gold Prescriptions" laid the foundation of Chinese medicine. Sun Simiao had unique insights into medicine: Once, Lu Zhaolin asked his teacher a question: "What is the reason why famous doctors can cure difficult diseases?" Sun Simiao's answer was very exciting, which also showed that he had profound knowledge in medicine. He replied: "Those who have a thorough understanding of the changes in the way of heaven must be able to participate in politics and human affairs; those who have a thorough understanding of human diseases must also be rooted in the laws of the changes in the way of heaven. The weather has four seasons and five elements, which alternate with each other like a wheel. Then what? How does it work? When the air of heaven is gentle, it turns into rain; when it becomes angry, it turns into wind; when it condenses, it turns into frost and mist; when it spreads, it becomes a rainbow. This is the law of heaven. Human beings also correspond to the four limbs, day and night, and breathing. Essence, expelling the old and absorbing the new. The energy of the human body flows into the whole body to form Ying Qi and Wei Qi. When expressed in the mind, it appears in the complexion and spirit; when it is emitted externally, it becomes sound. This is the natural law of the human body, the correspondence between heaven and man, and the human body. The yin and yang of the human body are no different from those in nature. When the yin and yang of the human body lose their balance, the body's qi and blood will rush up and cause fever; the qi and blood will not flow, causing cold; the qi and blood will accumulate and form tumors and excrescences; the qi and blood will sink and form carbuncles; the qi and blood will become crazy. The more you rush, the more you will feel breathless and weak; the depletion of Qi and blood will cause mental exhaustion. Years old), is a rare longevity star in ancient times. He has noble medical ethics and superb medical skills. He is a famous medical scientist and pharmacologist in the history of China and even the world. He is a great representative of both virtue and art respected by doctors and people of all ages. In memory of him who had rescued countless suffering people in Cizhou, the people voluntarily donated money to build some temples. The temple enshrines a golden statue of Sun Simiao, with a peaceful and lifelike expression. People come to pay incense every day. There is also a copy of Sun Simiao's Pharmacopoeia in the temple, which is a priceless treasure.

After Yaowang Temple, go up the stairs, 200 meters to the middle of the mountain, where you will find the "Liuquan Temple", a Sui Dynasty building. Even after hundreds of years, it is still intact. Liuquan Temple has a typical northern temple architectural structure: double-layered eaves, framed eaves and brackets, and carved beams and painted pillars. There is a spring in the temple that never dries up all year round and is commonly known as flowing spring. People often offer incense and worship here, praying for good weather and a good agricultural harvest.

In the past, Liuquan Temple had the famous Twenty-Eight Pans, which was ten more than the Eighteen Pans of Mount Tai. Its length far exceeded the Eighteen Pans of Mount Tai, with a total length of nearly 800 meters. These twenty-eight climbs are sometimes gentle and sometimes steep, getting steeper as you go. The steepest part is very difficult and dangerous. If the slope is more than 70 degrees, if you climb it, you will really worry about turning back. The locals call it the "little ghost road". Twenty-eight sets, one after another, one after another. Without very strong perseverance and sufficient mental preparation, most of the time it will only last five or six games, and then you will have to "look at the peak and sigh".

Climbing through the "little ghost road" climbed by apes, once you reach Nantianmen, Vietnam's Tianmen, there is a "little overpass" where antelopes cannot jump: a hundred meters past Nantianmen, there is a canyon blocking the way, and the canyon is like an axe. Like a split, both sides of the bank go straight up the cliffs, which are extremely dangerous. There is only a small bridge connecting the two walls, which is known as the "small overpass". The small overpass is only one meter wide. Standing on the bridge, it feels like standing in the sky. No one has the courage to dare to step on it.

After jumping over the "small overpass", you reached the top of Furnace Peak. Standing on the top, with your feet on the auspicious clouds, your hands on the Venus, watching the thousands of pines holding their heads, and watching the peaks vying for green, it is like entering a fairyland. There is a Ming Dynasty building "Five Dragon Palace" on the top of Xiaojin Peak, and there is a "Five Dragon Cave" halfway up the cliff below. Non-heroes who climb cliffs cannot enter the cave. There is a dripping spring in the cave. Although the water does not flow, it drips all year round. The rain does not rush, it does not dry up when there is a drought, it is not urgent, it is slow, it is not dry, it does not fade, its sound is like pearls falling on a jade plate, and its color is like jade reflecting the rays of the sun. It is one of the wonders of Lufeng; 20 meters east of Wulong Palace, there is a sun-watching A hundred people can sit on the stone. Because of its long history, countless people have sat and played with it. The light of the stone can be used to discern people. You can sit on it to watch the sunrise in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. The sunrise over the sea of ??clouds is particularly spectacular: in the vast sea of ??clouds, a red sun rises slowly, shyly half-covering its beauty, and then suddenly rises into the sky, with thousands of rays of light, dyeing everything in the mountains, sea of ??clouds, jungles, and strange rocks. At that time, the sky, the earth, the mountains and the rivers were all aglow red, and it was even more powerful than Mount Tai when you looked at the sun in the distance. It was the second wonder of Lufeng. There is a poem to prove it: "When you come to Xiaojinding, there is no need to climb Mount Tai." There is another wonder on Lufeng Mountain, which is Guanfeng. When you climb the peak and look to the west, you can see the undulating mountains. Among the mountains, I saw a beautiful woman sleeping among the peaks from a distance. She had delicate features, protruding breasts and a good figure. It seems that this beauty prefers the beauty of Lufeng Mountain. She has lived here for a long time, and when she got tired of watching the scenery, she lay down on the peak to sleep. Beauty, how come you forgot about the cold wind in the mountains and didn’t even cover yourself with clothes or quilts? This is the third wonder of Lufeng.
