Tongling Mountain National Forest Park is located in Ye Sheng Forest Farm in the upper reaches of Yanmen Grand Canyon in wencheng county. When you come out of Wencheng tourist distribution center, you should detour along a mountain road that is not too wide. The parking lot is on the top of the hill. When you come down, you can start walking into the canyon. When you are halfway up the mountain, you can stop and see the essence of Tongling Mountain opposite.

On the misty and verdant mountain wall, the stream descends from the narrow valley to the main canyon, forming a first-class waterfall, which is getting wider and wider. There is a deep pool under each waterfall, and the pool is getting bigger and bigger.

Overlooking a stone path across the shoal, it hovers along the stream pool, exquisite and wonderful. Green mountains and green waters are interlocking, which reminds people of Jiuzhaigou.

After a short pause in this ravine, the water will be discharged from the shallows into a relatively open waterway. We will follow the trend from the right, go around to the other side of the stream and enter the valley. The canyon is about 3 kilometers long, with a width of 100 meters and a width of 4 ~ 5 meters, showing an S-shaped trend. The mountains on both sides are steep, the peaks are green and the stone walls are connected. The water in Tongling Mountain is clear and pollution-free. It is one of the water sources of Shanxi Reservoir, the largest reservoir in Wenzhou, and also the clean drinking water for most Wenzhou residents.

At the bottom of the valley, the forest is more dense. From a series of small steps across the slow flow, the green hills are dancing, and the beautiful images are printed backwards, as if from a pure paradise.

Along the rugged plank road, it's not too difficult. Stop and breathe deeply. You can smell the fragrance of plants. Now you can relax. This is an ideal forest bath.

It is said that Tongling Mountain is named after a huge cliff like a "bronze bell". Looking around, it seems that this piece is a bit like an upside-down bronze bell, and the stream bypasses the boulder. Did the sound of running water reverberate in the valley before shaking the bronze bell? Or clear water, like two melodious bells?

This Haizi is called daring. The stream winding out of the deep mountain meets at Tankou. There is a cave next to the pool, and the huge rock of the bronze bell forms a gate and a rock gate. Legend has it that in the nearby Shajiaping village, there was a Shi Gong surnamed Ji who fished in the pond and caught buckets of red carp and herring. When the carp came home, it instantly turned into buckets of leaves. Master Gong calculated that there was a monster dealing with him, so he put a table of incense at home. Master Gong and the monster launched a fierce battle, hence the name Dou Tan.

Start your return journey along this mountain road, and there are visual attractions along the way, such as Crocodile Pond, Lion Rock, Longtan, Bailang Mine, Xiaozhutan, Baiji Dolphin, Zuanshan Bull, Lingya, Twelve Cities, Hukou Waterfall, Huxuechi, Yinkeng Cave and Feilonggou.

In the meantime, there are many waterfalls with different postures, some like dragons spraying water, some like silver snakes coming out of holes, and some like the Milky Way hanging upside down, forming deep valleys and green pools; Pools are like wine pits and teapots, with small mouths and big bellies and different sizes, like two pots and one hole.

Streams and waterfalls are not surprising. The most noteworthy is this series of "pot holes", which are probably pot-shaped pits formed on the original bedrock riverbed, and this ingenious spectacle is formed after the rapids and eddies abrade the riverbed with gravel. The water in all kinds of "pot holes" is crystal clear, reflecting the scenery of Tongling Mountain, which is really fascinating and lingering.

On the road, there is a rocking bridge across the stream. After crossing this bridge, it should be Tongling village. I dare not go in without an appointment with the stockade master.
