1. Residents with registered permanent residence in Suzhou City can apply with their resident ID cards;

3. Students from colleges and universities in Suzhou can apply with their ID card and student ID card (must be stamped with the registration stamp of the current year and within the validity period);

4. Foreign long-term residents in Suzhou City can apply with their ID cards and residence permits issued or renewed by the Suzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau (the residence permit must be issued for six months and be within the validity period);
