What is the concept of outbound tour leader?

Outbound tourism team leaders refer to those who have obtained an outbound tourism team leader certificate in accordance with regulations, accept the appointment of an international travel agency with the right to operate outbound tourism business, and engage in outbound tourism team leader business. Tour escort business refers to providing full-journey companionship and related services to outbound tourist groups; serving as a representative of the group organizing agency, coordinating with overseas receiving travel agencies to complete travel plan arrangements; and coordinating and handling related matters during the travel process.

The tour leader shall perform the following responsibilities:

(1) Comply with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Administration of Chinese Citizens' Overseas Travel" and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of tourists;
