Article 2: If footwear products have the following quality problems, the operator shall bear the "three guarantees" responsibility for return, replacement and repair.

(1) Severe degumming (except those with side sutures), cracked pulp, cracked surface, cracked binding, cracked bottom, broken heel, excessive nitration, epidermis peeling, core collapse, and nail head protrusion , mesh surface cracks (such as travel shoes) and other quality problems.

(2) There are other quality problems as determined by the Consumers Association.

(3) Other circumstances stipulated by the state and province.

Article 3: If footwear products have quality problems listed in Article 3 of these Measures within 7 days from the date of sale, consumers may choose to return, replace or repair them. When returning goods, the seller shall refund the payment in one lump sum based on the invoice price.
