Labuleng Temple is located in Xiahe County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province. The full name in Tibetan is: "There is a beautiful place in Kadan Zhuxia Dajizhaxi Yusuqi", which means a right-handed temple with joy, talk, restoration and prosperity. Referred to as Zhaxiqi Temple, it is generally called Labrang Temple.

Labrang Temple is a transliteration of Tibetan word "Zhang Qiang", which means the residence of the living Buddha master. It is one of the six monasteries of Gelug Sect of Tibetan Buddhism, and is praised as "World Tibet University" by the world. At the peak, there were more than 4,000 monks. 1980 opened for tourism. Sangke Grassland is located in Xiahe, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, southwest of Labuleng18km in Xiahe County, with direct highway access. Sangyuan grassland belongs to meadow grassland, with an average elevation of more than 3000 meters and a grassland area of 70 square kilometers. It is one of the main animal husbandry bases in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. With a small population and a large area, there are only more than 4,000 herders, but the grassland is vast and boundless, which is an extremely valuable natural tourist attraction.

There are two Tibetan tent reception stations here. Every year from July to September, Tibetan bags are set up to prepare fresh milk tea, Ciba, Tibetan bags, hand-grabbed mutton and other Tibetan specialties for tourists, and grassland tourism projects such as horses, yaks and bonfires are also prepared for tourists. Visitors can enjoy the mysterious and simple Tibetan customs here.
