Provisions for resuming group tours: Beijing will resume inter-provincial group tours and "air ticket+hotel" services for travel agencies and online travel enterprises from September 2002/KLOC-0 to September 10.

Travel agencies and online travel enterprises shall not organize or receive epidemic-related risk personnel with abnormal health code, unknown itinerary, new cases 1 case of local COVID-19 infected persons within 14 days (counties, cities and districts of municipalities directly under the central government and sub-provincial cities, the same below) and living in China for less than 2 1 day.

Travel agencies and online travel enterprises are not allowed to add 1 case of local COVID-19-infected prefecture-level cities within 14 days to carry out group travel and "air ticket+hotel" service.

Strictly implement the epidemic prevention requirements in Beijing, and the tourist team coming to Beijing must complete the whole vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine 14 days or more before going to Beijing.

Requirements for travel agencies: Travel agencies should be urged to verify that all members of the team must meet the requirements of "Beijing Health Treasure" green code before the team leaves for Beijing, and be vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine/KLOC-0 for more than 4 days, and fill in the e-tourism itinerary of the travel team in time and accurately.

Travel agencies should also verify that they meet the requirements of COVID-19 vaccination for more than 14 days.

The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism requires that travel agencies should keep abreast of the latest epidemic prevention and control policies during the process of organizing tours out of Beijing or receiving tourist teams in Beijing, pay close attention to the epidemic risk level of tourist destinations, passing places, tourist sources, guests' permanent residences and other related areas and the changes of newly infected people in COVID-19, and effectively put all epidemic prevention and control requirements in place according to the principle of strictness.

During the group trip, the tour guide should organize all the staff (including the tour guide himself and the driver) to check whether the "Beijing Health Treasure" is green code and whether the temperature measurement is normal before leaving the group every day, and remind and urge tourists to wear masks correctly in time, do personal protection well, and travel in a civilized way to avoid crowd gathering.
