A Case Study of Fang Ting Rural Tourism Ecological Manor? Conceptual planning of "Fresh Portuguese Ecological Manor" Experts from Beijing Heshanyi Planning and Design Institute have connected three areas in series through the theme of fresh grape planting, and formed different quality and experience methods on the basis of consistent themes, which are summarized as "one corridor and three areas", namely, grape ecological corridor, fresh fruit time scenic spot, agricultural planting demonstration area and waterfront holiday community.

(1) Corridor: Grape Ecological Corridor

Grape ecological corridor is a series of areas in the project, which are basically connected in series through grape corridor, ecological path and other forms. Visitors can complete the tour of the whole area without taking a battery car, and at the same time effectively coordinate with the agricultural landscape outside the project.

(2) Zone 3: Fresh Fruit Time Scenic Area

Fresh fruit time zone, covering an area of 80 mu, is an upgrade of the original service area of the project. Due to the dense high-voltage lines in the area, it is not suitable for developing high-end experience projects. Therefore, on the basis of vigorously developing grape cultivation, the leisure function of this area should be increased. Its core functions include: grape planting, parking and distribution, farming experience, organic planting, fresh fruit picking, children's play, ecological accommodation, business meetings and so on.

(3) Zone 3: Agricultural Demonstration Park

The area covers an area of 150 mu, and it is mainly planted in greenhouses to cultivate excellent varieties. It aims to meet the needs of various agricultural organizations, enterprises, institutions and schools for agricultural science popularization.

(d) Zone 3: seaside holiday community

This area of 180 mu, relying on the existing ruby grape planting, large ponds and good environment, is built into a leisure community different from the other two areas, forming a high-end holiday and VIP activity area.
