When traveling to Xiamen, the most important thing is the sea. The hotel you stay in can be purchased in a group, which is more cost-effective. You can choose the train station, Xiamen University, or Zhongshan Road. The transportation is very convenient. When you travel, you can take buses or BRT.

1. When you go to Gulangyu Island, you can get a Gulangyu Island travel souvenir book with instructions on it, or you can go to the store to have the icon stamped on it. We won’t collect the boat until we come back from Gulangyu Island! There is also a charge at Sunlight Rock, which should be around 50! Come back and visit Zhongshan Road in the evening.

There are four tourist attractions in Gulangyu Island: Sunlight Rock, Shuzhuang Garden, Haoyue Garden, and Piano Museum. The pass costs 80, but it is said that the price will increase to 150 after July. Specialty snacks on the island include Longtou Road fish balls (12 pieces in a large bowl, 10 yuan, 6 pieces in a small bowl, 6 yuan); Yip's mochi, 1 yuan each; Huang Shengji's pies and meat floss. There are also unique buildings and small shops on the street. Hand-painted maps of Gulangyu Island are sold everywhere on the island, so you can ignore the tour guides who solicit customers on the street, and ignore the ones who take pictures and reshape people on the street. They are all expensive. It is recommended to stay in Gulangyu Island for 2 days. There is a 24-story Pizza Hut on the ferry opposite Gulangyu Island, where you can take a panoramic view of Gulangyu Island.

2. Go to Nanputuo, Xiamen University, and the Huandao Road area. For example: Xiamen University Baicheng, Hulishan Fort, Taiwan Ethnic Village, Yefeng Village, and the Garden and Botanical Garden are all around Huandao Road. You can rent bicycles in Baicheng, Xiamen University, and ride along the seaside (Huandao Road) to the Convention and Exhibition Center. The scenery is very good, and it takes about 2 hours to have fun and walk around. Renting a car is not expensive either.

Nanputuo is very popular, and the entrance fee seems to be 3 yuan. In front is Xiamen University, behind is Wulaofeng, and there is a Wanshi Botanical Garden, which is so big that you can’t finish it in one day (you can arrange a day trip)
