By car, Yingkou-Dandong Expressway is about 280 kilometers, which takes 3 hours and 30 minutes. There are three highways from Yingkou to Zhuanghe and Zhuanghe to Dandong, which are about150km long. Expressway 1 hour 50 minutes, less than 3 hours by national highway and half a day by coastal highway. Personally, I suggest the best scenic road along the coast, Haibin Road, which is very comfortable but takes a long time. If you are in a hurry, go to expressway. It is not recommended to have many large trucks and container trucks on the national highway.

If you go to Dandong by train, but there is no direct train to Dandong, you can only go to Yingkou East Station and transfer at Anshan West Station to Dandong. Note that there is only one train from Anshan West Station to Dandong, leaving at 13:46 pm. It is suggested to leave Yingkou East Station in the morning and buy the same ticket from Anshan West Station to Dandong in advance.

There are not many scenic spots in Dandong, half of which are in the suburbs. The following are mainly Dandong area:

1. The Yalu River is broken. The bridge in Dandong was built by the Japanese, but it was blown up by American fighter planes. It is worth seeing. Tickets to 30 yuan.

2. Binjiang Middle Road in Border Development Zone. Cross the street and look at North Korean hotels and supermarkets in Sinuiju, the second largest city in North Korea, and you will see beautiful North Korean waitresses, hee hee.

If not, you can't climb up, you can walk step by step to the border between China and North Korea and stay next to it. It is very close to the land of North Korea, and sometimes you can see the North Korean border guards patrolling by bicycles.

2. Hekou Scenic Area. More than 55 kilometers away from Dandong, North Korea has broken bridges and mountains and rivers. You can drive by yourself, but I won't go.

3. Phoenix Mountain. It is 50 kilometers away from Dandong, the first mountain in Liaodong, and the scenic spots are not bad. A day's climb is enough.

4. Yalu River Mouth Wetland Bird Watching Garden. 70 kilometers from Dandong, you can see all the birds flying around. You must drive on Donggang Binhai Highway.

Hushan Great Wall and Badaling Great Wall are not connected.
