Zhang Zhigang's work experience

1968 was born in Funing County, Hebei Province in March, graduated from Funing No.1 Middle School and was admitted to the Chinese Department of Hebei Normal University. During my college years, I published literary works and newsletters in domestic newspapers and periodicals. I graduated under the pen name Qin Cheng, 199 1, and was assigned to work in the Party School of Qinhuangdao Municipal Committee. On May 20 12, a blog was opened on Sina under the name of Glacier Microfilm, nicknamed Glacier Book, and Weibo nicknamed Uncle Glacier of Qinhuangdao, wholeheartedly promoting the tourism and cultural resources of Qinhuangdao and fully appealing to the cultural rights and interests of grassroots people. In September of the same year, Glacier Microfilm Studio was established in Qinhuangdao, and in June of1/,China Microfilm Workers Union was founded. The basic idea is to take microfilm as the origin of cultural industry and Qinhuangdao as the pilot of cultural power, with the goal of initially realizing cultural power within 10 and creating the city card of Qinhuangdao Cultural Special Zone.
