The project is located next to S238, Outian Village Provincial Road, Luoxi Town, 6 kilometers away from the county seat and 5 kilometers away from the township, with convenient transportation and superior location.

The total investment of this project is 1 100 million yuan, with a total construction area of 6,552.7 square meters, which will be constructed in two phases. The total investment in the first phase is estimated to be more than 50 million yuan, and 220 square meters of Outian Bookstore, 1.950 square meters of famous cultural houses, 940 square meters of enclosed houses, 674.7 square meters of holiday mountain houses, 360 square meters of Hakka Food Museum and 525.2 square meters of pastoral restaurants will be built. The second phase will also build a 1530 square meter hot spring cabin.

The outdoor landscape area is about 140 mu, which is mainly composed of ecological farm, children's playground and ecological Huaxi. The road and site are 8800 square meters, and the peripheral landscape space is 9800 square meters. The project focuses on creating ten experience spaces: two groups of central buildings-Breeze Food Classroom and Outian Bookstore.

2. Baishui Village Waterfall

Located in Nanhe Village, Luoxi Town, Luhe County, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, it is a county-level scenic spot. Stream flows out of Tao Jin Pit, where it drops two stone steps, with a drop of nearly 200 meters, enjoying the title of "Xiaolushan Waterfall".
