Zhenluoyingchuan is an important geographical concept in Pinggu District. A total of 74.8 million yuan has been invested to build a 15-kilometer hardened glass platform-East Zhihufeng Scenic Road; 25.5 kilometers of other tourist attractions in the scenic area; 8 pavilions; and a 5.5-kilometer scenic road from East to West Shihu to Canshi Great Wall; A 2-kilometer sightseeing road around the lake on the west side of Yangjiatai Reservoir; a 26-kilometer sightseeing road in Luoying Scenery River was built; farmers in Beishuiyu Folk Tourism Village installed direct-fired straw gasifiers and new light hydrocarbon gas energy in Dongsidaoling Folk Tourism Village Construction; hotel infrastructure construction such as Yuxuan Villa, Taohuahai Fishing Port, and Beishan Resort.

The plan for the 3,000-acre glass terrace Goubiling hunting ground has been basically implemented. The lease of part of the mountain farm area in Xinglong County, Hebei Province has been approved by the Chengde Forestry Bureau.

Lushitai Village and Dongsidaoling Village have been approved by the Municipal Tourism Bureau and the Municipal Agricultural Committee as municipal-level folk tourism professional villages through software and hardware construction and packaging.

The number of folk tourism reception households evaluated and approved by the District Tourism Bureau has grown to 139.
