In this regard, The Wuhan Traffic Management Bureau has specially implemented traffic control measures in response to the relevant situations in Wuhan to help citizens travel efficiently.
Wuhan Spring Festival Traffic Control Measures
In order to ensure safe and smooth road traffic in the city and the smooth conduct of various mass activities during the Spring Festival, according to the "Road Traffic Safety of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China" In accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations such as the Law, we hereby announce the following matters related to strengthening some road traffic management measures in this city during the Spring Festival of this year:
1. January 24 (New Year’s Eve to January 30 (beginning of the first lunar month) During the sixth period, the following traffic control measures will be implemented on the roads around Guiyuan Temple in Hanyang District:
(Monday, January 24 (21:00 on New Year’s Eve to January 25 (18:00 on the first day of the first lunar month, January 28) (From 21:00 on the fourth day of the first lunar month to 18:00 on the fifth day of the first lunar month (18:00 on the fifth day of the first lunar month), motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited from passing and parking on Guiyuan Temple Road, Cuiwei Road, Xiqiao Road, and Guiyuan Temple South Road.
< p>(On January 25th (the first day of the first lunar month) and January 29th (the fifth day of the first lunar month) from 7:00-16:00, Hanyang Avenue (Wuqin Road intersection to Zhongjiacun Road intersection is closed to motor vehicles (except buses, taxis and(Wednesday, January 25th (the first day of the first lunar month) and January 29th (the fifth day of the first lunar month) from 9:00 to 16:00, get off the Second Ring Road off the Yunyu Avenue ramp toward Zhongjiacun, and get off the Second Ring Road towards the National Expo. The highway ramp toward Parrot Avenue is temporarily closed to motor vehicles.

From January 24th (New Year’s Eve to January 27th (the third day of the first lunar month), the following traffic control measures will be implemented in Suihushan Cemetery from 00:00 to 24:00 every day:( Trucks and coaches are not allowed on Yibaiquan Road, Suihushan West Road, Huanshan Road and other roads around the cemetery.
Vehicles are not allowed on Erchachang Trail (from Baiquan Road to Suihushan parking lot). (Except buses.
(Vehicle parking is prohibited on all roads in the Sansuihushan area (Baiquan Road, Huanshan Road, Suihushan West Road, Suihushan Road and other nameless roads).
(4) If you need to go to the Suihushan Cemetery, motor vehicles are prohibited from entering the Suihushan Cemetery directly from the three-way intersection of Baiquan Road; motor vehicles must enter the cemetery from Baiquan Road, Huanshan Road, and Suihushan Road, and a temporary single-use single-use order for motor vehicles is implemented.
3. The traffic management department of the public security organ will take temporary measures on other roads in the city, such as the Cultural Palace roundabout, the intersection of Parrot Avenue and the lower bridge of Macanghu Road on the Second Ring Road, as appropriate. Traffic management measures. Drivers, non-motor vehicle cyclists, and pedestrians should obey the instructions of traffic police and relevant management personnel and follow the instructions of traffic signs. Units and citizens involved in controlled road sections should arrange their work and life in advance. , choose the appropriate travel route.
4. Anyone who violates the provisions of this notice will be punished by the traffic management department of the public security organ in accordance with the provisions of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations.
